Description
Phased residential development based on SHMA housing mix policy on school estate land. Phase 1 included 25 houses with new highway access at edge of village conservation area within Chilterns AONB. Planning approval granted after lengthy negotiations with SODC.
Mature boundary tree retention together with suitable highways access were key issues that informed the planning application.
